These terms cover the Elveno app, its meditations and courses, and these support pages. Elveno is being tested. The actual offer, supported platforms and payments depend on the released version. Describing a future subscription does not make it available or cause a charge.

Using the app

Elveno supports mindfulness practice, relaxation and evening wind-down. It is intended for adults. No named Elveno account is required. A purchase must be made by a person legally able to enter into the relevant contract.

You need a compatible device, a supported operating system and space for files. Version-specific requirements are listed in the store. Internet access is needed for downloads, purchases and periodic access checks. Your network provider may charge for data.

Content and licence

You receive a non-exclusive licence to use the available functions and content personally within the app for the applicable access period. You do not acquire copyright in recordings. You may not resell, distribute, publicly share them or circumvent safeguards, subject to rights granted by mandatory law and any separate licences identified in credits. Third-party recordings retain their applicable licences. Do not disrupt the service or access other people’s data.

Free content and Premium

Some content is free and some may require Premium. The app shows access labels and the offer before purchase. Free test access is not a paid subscription and does not automatically renew for a fee.

Once purchases launch, the price including applicable taxes, currency, billing period, access scope and any offer or trial conditions are shown before purchase and in the store confirmation. These pages do not provide checkout. We do not guarantee a trial or a particular price unless included in the current offer.

Payments, renewals and cancellation

Apple or Google handles purchases; RevenueCat helps manage entitlements. The contract for the selected offer arises when the purchase is confirmed in the store. A subscription renews under the displayed offer unless renewal is cancelled. An annual plan, if offered, is charged upfront for the stated period.

Cancel in the purchasing store before its next charge date: Apple · Google Play. Apple recommends cancelling a trial at least 24 hours before it ends. Removing the app or data, or contacting support, does not replace store cancellation. Paid access normally continues to the end of the paid period, subject to refunds and store rules. Price increases are subject to required notices and consents.

Restoration and offline access

Purchases may be restored through the store account used to buy. We do not guarantee a shared subscription between platforms or synchronisation of local progress. Keeping recordings for offline use is a Premium feature. Offline access lasts until the most recently verified entitlement expires and no longer than 30 days after verification. After that, an internet connection is needed. An expired entitlement may prevent playing retained files; it does not itself confirm their deletion.

Withdrawal, conformity and complaints

Your statutory consumer rights remain, including rights concerning delivery and conformity of digital content and services, remedies, price reduction or termination where applicable. A distance contract generally carries a 14-day withdrawal right. Any loss of that right for digital content requires the legal conditions to be met, including express prior consent, acknowledgement of the consequence and the required confirmation. Merely including this clause or installing the app is not that consent.

Notify withdrawal or a complaint to kontakt@netario.pl or the publisher’s postal address, identifying the purchase, issue and remedy sought. You may use: “I withdraw from my Elveno contract concluded on …, order identifier …”, adding the details needed to identify and answer the request. No particular form is required. We respond to consumer complaints within 14 days. Store refund procedures: Apple · Google Play. These do not exclude statutory claims against us.

Practise safely

Elveno is not a medical device or a diagnosis, treatment or psychotherapy service. We do not promise a particular health result or that you will fall asleep. Do not use exercises while driving or doing anything requiring attention. Use a safe volume. Stop an exercise if it causes discomfort, and seek an appropriate professional for health concerns.

Availability, changes and ending use

We operate the service with reasonable care. Technical interruptions may occur without limiting statutory remedies for faulty service. Necessary updates support conformity and security. Changes to content or functions do not remove paid-for services contrary to applicable law.

Material changes affecting existing contracts may be needed because of law, security or a justified technical change to the service. We will explain the reason, timing and consequences on a durable medium where required and preserve any statutory termination rights. A new version of this webpage does not itself remove rights from an earlier purchase. You may stop using the app; cancelling renewal is a separate store action.

Law, disputes and privacy

Polish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence. Court jurisdiction follows applicable law; we do not require consumers to sue only at the publisher’s seat. Consumers may seek help from competent consumer-protection or authorised alternative-dispute-resolution bodies. Participation in a particular procedure depends on law and any separate agreement required. The privacy policy explains personal-data processing and rights. The Polish, English and German versions are intended to convey equivalent terms; translation differences do not restrict statutory rights.
